The Hopkins family goes back 180 years in Hawaií and has spent generations serving the people of Hawaií.
We’ve been providing unparalleled luxury estate management for over thirty years throughout Oahu, Maui, and Kaua’i, beginning with the vision of brothers Stephen and Gordon Hopkins, and now a thriving family enterprise that includes brothers Mark and Michael, along with Stephen’s four sons—Ka’ilipeleuli, Alika, Shawn, and Kanai’a, each bringing specialized expertise to ensure seamless, comprehensive luxury estate service.
Ka’ilipeleuli Hopkins’ acumen is real estate, Alika’s is landscaping and concierge mastery, Shawn’s is expert craftsmanship, and Kanai’a’s talent is asset management. The culinary expertise of Stephen’s brothers Gordon, Mark, and Michael Hopkins, and the event planning brilliance of the extended family round out the foundation of our commitment to excellence.

Stephen Hopkins
Owner
Prior to founding Hopkins Estate Management in 2002, Stephen served as an executive personal assistant and chief of staff for high-networth families in Hawaií, providing comprehensive consultant services in project management, estate management, sales, marketing, and operations.
A U.S. Army veteran who served as a general’s driver and security detail, as well as a local Realtor® for fifteen years, Stephen’s extensive expertise makes him a knowledgeable and trusted partner to all.
Stephen considers his family to be his greatest asset and honor, instilling in his four sons and his grandchildren the values of integrity, hard work, strong relationships, and carrying on the 180-year legacy of the Hopkins family in service to the people of Hawaií.
Stephen is specifically trained in International Estate and Household Management through Starkey International, as well as being a 5th Degree Black Belt in Hawaiian Chinese Kempo and an enthusiastic surfer.
Gordon Hopkins
Executive Chef
Chef Gordon Hopkins is widely celebrated, having served as chef and executive chef in French kitchens in Chicago, New York, New Orleans, and Texas before returning to his home of Oahu.
Chef Gordon has over 35 years of culinary experience in Pacific/Euro cuisine and expertise that includes Roy Yamaguchi partnerships for over thirty years.
Chef Gordon Hopkins has been featured as an executive chef at the Cannes Film Festival, has been featured on the Discovery Channel’s “Great Chefs,” has appeared on television’s “Restaurant Rescue,” was one of the original chefs in the Hawaií Food and Wine Festival, and has been a chef on Air Force One for President Clinton, and much more.
