Hopkins Estate Management Recruitment is seeking an experienced live-in domestic couple or professional two-person team to care for and maintain a luxury private estate in Honolulu.

Tagalog language skills are highly regarded.
Compensation & Benefits

- Starting compensation of $150,000 annually (combined team salary)

Live-In Accommodation
Private Onsite Residence
A private one-bedroom residence is provided onsite for the selected team.
Due to the configuration of the accommodation, this opportunity is suitable for a maximum of two adults with no pets and no dependents.
Candidates do not need to be married but must demonstrate an established and successful professional working relationship.
A Team Environment
You Won’t Be Doing This Alone
Unlike many estate positions, this role includes significant operational support.
- Full relief coverage provided for two days off each week
- Additional domestic staffing coordinated by Hopkins Estate Management
- Major event planning and execution handled by dedicated support teams
- Large-scale maintenance and specialty vendor management provided separately
This structure allows you to focus on maintaining the residence to exceptional standards while enjoying a sustainable work-life balance.
Primary Responsibilities
Household Care
- Luxury residence housekeeping
- Laundry, ironing, and wardrobe care
- Household organization and inventory management
- Guest preparation and entertaining support
- Light cooking and meal preparation (preferred)
- Driving and local errands
Property Oversight
- Daily property presentation
- Pool and outdoor living area maintenance
- Coordinating access for vendors and service providers
- Monitoring household security
- General estate oversight
Ideal Candidates
We are seeking professionals who possess:
- Experience in luxury homes, private estates, or high-end hospitality
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Professionalism, discretion, and loyalty
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently and proactively
- Valid driver’s licenses
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
- Ability to pass a comprehensive background check
